- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground beef, diced white onion, and chopped jalapeño. Cook for about 8–10 minutes until browned.
- Stir in Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Heat vegetable oil in the skillet to about 375°F (190°C).
- Fry one tortilla for about 30 seconds until it puffs. Add 2 tablespoons of filling and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and fry for an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
