  • 2 cans Petite Diced Tomatoes, 15 oz Fresh diced tomatoes can be used instead.
  • 3 cups Beef Broth Vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tsp Seasoned Salt Regular salt or garlic salt can be alternatives.
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning Dried oregano or basil can be used instead.
  • 3 pieces Bay Leaves Remove before serving.
  • 2 cups Macaroni Noodles, uncooked Substitute with gluten-free pasta if needed.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded Use a dairy-free cheese for a vegan version.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Goulash Recipe
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 cup of diced onion and 1 diced green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Incorporate 2 pounds of lean ground beef, cooking for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in 3 teaspoons of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add 2 cans of tomato sauce and 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes.
