- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in the bacon grease for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
